Sen. Barack Obama will make a very important personal journey to be with his ailing grandmother\’s bedside. Reports indicate that Madelyn Dunham\’s health is not good and this is a very important moment for Barack Obama to spend some personal time if her health would take a turn for the worse . My prayers go out to the Obama family and she must be very proud of her grandson \”Barry\”…

It was 10 years ago this month my 86 yr old grandmother past away and I am so glad that I spent the time I did with her. It would have haunted me for life if I hadn\’t spent the time I did during that critical moment in her life.

Family snapshot from the 1980\’s shows Barack Obama sitting between his maternal grandparents Stanley and Madelyn Dunham. Obama will leave the White House trail later this week to dash to the side of his gravely ill 85-year-old grandmother in Hawaii — just 11 days before the election.(AFP/Obama for America/File/null)
