Barack Obama took time today to follow registered nurse Kate Marzluf at Barnes- Jewish Hospital in St. Louis and ask hospital staff and patients questions about health care costs and insurance. Obama showed up at 7:00 am with his sleeves rolled up and ready to go as he explained to patients and hospital staff that health care costs and the 47 million without insurance would be a top priority in his new administration…
