“When The Going Got Tough, Bayh Just Left”

I’m just not impressed with the Indiana Senator Evan Bayh. For one he bailed out early in his Presidential run when he could have challenged both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama in 2008 and now when his party needs him he bails out and decides to retire only a day before Indiana democratic candidates need to file to run for the senate seat leaving democrats and supporters of Indiana high and dry. I’ve never seen much backbone by Evan Bayh while he has been in the senate nor any major legislation that he has fathered that would have helped his constituents. Goodbye Bayh and don’t let the Senate door hit you on the way out.
